Francis, I left you a comment in the RACC group on Facebook, but I will write it here as well. The silver signature is Dave Meniketti from Y&T. There also seems to be a personalization and an inscription by Jimmy Bain, right on t op of his signature reading "Ricki - Rock On". I can't really see the 3rd signature in question, perhaps you can take a better photo.
