"Ebay does not care if the autographs are real or not, they just want the commission of the sale.  If I recall they have a disclaimer when signed items are uploaded to bid but nothing is enforced."

He’s made so much money from people spending $100s and $1000s on garbage. He took a break for a few months but now he’s back with dozens more autographs. (All with the supposed Barry Halper certs)...seller:ralphizzle4444See More
