Has  RACC  always been A closed group?

I looked them up but when you sign in .No Access.

How do you join . I hear them mentioned a lot.  Is there a trick or something.

I must admit I am not 100% Sicilian ,But I don't think that is the issue.

What am I Missing?

Hi Steve,

I’ll wait for the outcome from the PayPal dispute before I show images.

Many were offered to RRAuction a couple of years back and were approved by them for their auction. Hence they reason I was shocked by AutographCOA.

Thanks again

Hi Greig,

You've spent weeks complaining about them after you filed your PayPal complaint, saying they got everything wrong, but you want to wait until it's resolved for members to see for themselves?

Does that sound fair and reasonable to you?

What if a collector said he bought a fake autograph from you but wouldn't post it for others to see so they could judge for themselves?

Washer wrote (back on page 6)

"For what its worth from a person who isn't an "expert" and doesn't get paid to do this.....

#1 has something I haven't seen on legit MJ's, an embellishment at the end of a "hump style" Jackson - meaning when he does the embellishment it is usually on a fuller signature where he reaches for letters in both the Michael and the Jackson part.

#2 is a secretarial imo.

#3 doesn't look real to me at all.

These are just my observations."

What I don't understand is the secrecy behind the other images and why not just use Roger in the first place if his opinion was more trusted (especially if he was the one who pre certified them at RR Auction.)

Did you send the MJ's in? ...Were they done just through the quick opinion option? How many of the total lot were sent in?

I am not a member of their team...But I think it is a tad childish to slam them when you won't provide images, past the MJ's that Washer didn't like either.

Paul,

You have done great work here, especially with Prince autographs. Otherwise I would have removed you a long time ago. In fact, you asked me to remove you several times and I asked you to stay.

Let’s work to get beyond this. I want you as part of the team again.

What do you think about them not telling the customer who their authenticators are and then taking items known it’s vintage but not refusing to do it until they take payments?

You seem to be at it against me. I honestly wonder what your opinions would of been before wascher came in with her input as no one was willing to comment until then?

What’s your opinion on this MJ?

I strongly believe this is not real, but I see this style certed by the big 3 often. Lots of them out there.

First thing to notice: the small letters are not quickly signed, but there is little attempt at forming the actual letters of his name.

Yes,it looks like a "drawn" squiggle to me also.

Squiggle is an accurate term for what we see here.

Washer studies MJ. You should want HER opinion...Not just anyone here on the board SHOULD just willy nilly give their opinion.

You knew if you got an opinion from Roger that it would be HIS opinion, so why go through another TPA? Last time I checked PSA doesn't give out the names of their "experts" either.

This whole topic is silly to me, because it is all opinion based, I said it before...It is a damned if you do or don't industry. Of course you want to hear everything you own is legit especially if you paid big bucks.

I just think it is fair to at least post the images and hopefully those amateur opinion givers can give some insight.

The reason I went to AutographCOA was already stated before.

They were new so thought I’d give them a chance and also they do the online COA check. Roger doesn’t do this so that’s the only reason why I tried this company. Look back various posts and you’ll see this.

When they failed items that were approved by RR and also Roger that’s when it got my back up as a professional music autograph authenticator said certain items were authentic and they didn’t.

Baring in mind Rogers word has a lot more backing that AutographCOA. I made the mistake in trying out this company and wasted a hard earned $500.

Yes I know I should of went to Roger but we like to try new companies and I got burnt. Simple as that. As you said it’s all down to someone’s opinion!! Roger’s opinion goes a lot further than AutographCOA.
