There are a lot of things addressed to this guy Gerry, who was mailing people asking for their autograph.  Does anyone know if Lucille Ball signed her own things?  And if so, how is this one?

I wrote her in the middle 70s and got a picture back with a signature that looked exactly like yours but even then I couldn’t tell if it was the real thing. I always sent either a return postage paid envelope - 8 x 10 size thinking the actor/actress would feel bad by not sending a real signature Or a five dollar bill if I sent a book. Most times I got the money and the book signed.

That's great.  I don't think this guy went to the trouble you did.

There is one that is very funny.  I don't have it in front of me, but it looks like he figured out who to ask in the Nixon white house.  He got an answer, from that person, saying the president has far too many requests for signatures to be able to honor them, but tell you what, you can have mine.
