Hello, Here I have a photograph of Alex Lifeson of Rush signed.  I'm just curious to see what people think of it as far as authenticity is concerned.  Can someone please help me.

It's his 70's style sig with a modern flair. And looks to be on modern glossy photo paper.

what a great photo, what a great piece

I'm having a few problems w/ this one, so I have some friends looking at it too. I'll get back to ya with hopefully a more concrete answer

It's very very rare to see 70's sigs forged. BUT... it's also very rare if not completely unknown to see a felt marker sig back then. Every example from the 70's I've seen is in ballpoint pen (biro for UK mates haha)

Can you tell me as much as you know about this?

BTW... I would sue PSA for defacing such a rare and valuable piece. Those clowns have no conscience.

I bought it on ebay about 3 yrs ago.  The seller said he got Alex and Geddy but Neil was a "ghost".  Was pretty confident when I asked him about this graph.

Final decision by the leading Rush authenticator who I would not challenge no matter what any TPA says

100% FAKE

wow really, I'm stunned thankx anyway

I'll give you one main clue to ease your mind and you're reply doesn't sound like your convinced.

The Alex struck me as odd right away. There are 2 loops around the A. His loop is his L in Alex. Why does this sig have 2 loops. Follow me?

There are other problems but no need to go into them.

You will never see another example of this sig in the world of Lifeson legit sigs.

The photo is worth keeping if you can erase that sig. Looks like A Farewell to Kings  tour era before he permed his hair.

Yeah this is not good. How did PSA hack off on this?

Indeed another blunder by PSA for the books
