PSA or JSA fake objects, how do you understand that a signature authenticated by them is not true? Maybe check on their site the serial number that the seller gave you and it is authentic, if it were false it should not result in the site database as an authentic certificate, no?

You can check but they didn't always do photos.

Second, one should get and updated opinion if the COA is old.... because opinions can change.  By that I mean that some forgers/forgeries can come to light after the forger gets greedy and creates more than just a few.  The authenticators get more education every month.  I think I'd go with every 5 yrs or so someone should update their certs, maybe more.  Anyone else have differing opinions?

It reads like more than one question.

First, to understand that a signature is "not true" by them, one needs to prove it. And that takes someone with an experienced/knowledgeable eye to go against the TPA opinion.

Second, PSA, JSA or other TPA would have to admit to wrongful identification and hopefully remove it from their data base. I think they should post that they made a mistake and deemed it Fake IMO.

are these answers helping you understand?

Ask more if you need to.

good luck with that . steve grad is god.lol

Steve Grad not even a top ten overall authenticator. He sticks his name and takes credit for other people's work.

He just got into the authentication game at the early stage and on the heels of major forgery busts. Luckily so for him. So many people have collected nothing but PSA stickers for so long that they have to defend him to the end. If not they'd have to admit there are a bunch of forgeries in their collections. They would rather just pretend they are all authentic.

If I can't see for myself it is genuine and why...I don't buy.

I don't give a damn what the TPG says. 1/3 to 2/3 of the Jackie Gleason "exemplars" on the "facts" pages are just not good.

Secretarial???? Yeah.

Another...yes, secretarial...all PSA exemplars...!

And one more...secretarial as genuine...PSA blunder In My Opinion...

And the real thing...
