I remember seeing this several years ago on a site associated with the cast of the movie. It was some kind of a promotional offer where for a set price, as I remember it was a relatively low price too, you could get one of a certain number of these items that was being offered.

I met him back in 2013 and he really really wanted to personalize it for me but in the discussion we both won. I got it without my name on the LP and he got to add it to the CD. I felt really bad asking Jesus to not personalize it.
