Musicians Who Sell Their Signatures In Shop.

We now have a Musician-Direct Autograph Sales Forum where you can post individual discussions of new offerings. It's a big change—and a big improvement. We closed this discussion after 8 years but it will always be available to read.

The new system has been in place for 2 months now and it's working well.

Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

Just for information.... I got a answer to my message sent more than a week ago about the Lytho.... And they confirmed to me it will be signed individually by Sting & Shaggy (but no personnalized with our name.... What i didn't asked for ;) )

Emerson Lake and Palmer has pretty pricey signed lithographs on their website for sale.

Rush had a limited edition signed lithograph years ago.

ACDC had a limited edition signed lithograph (look at pic).

KISS sells their autographs. I don't know about their website but when I used to go to kiss mini golf in Vegas there was all kinds of signed items for sale including Gene Simmons axe Bass.

My understanding is that the AC/DC litho you have pictured only had 50 AP copies that were hand signed and about 2500 that are plate signed (printed).. careful with those.

There were 50 artist proofs 500 limited edition hand signed and 2500 plate signed. The plate versions are easy to spot because they all look exactly the same.

I dig that Rush 2112. I bought the power windows version and I've regretted it ever since.

You do have to be careful with them but Those plate versions all look the same. All of the autographs are lined up in the same place right underneath the picture of the album cover and they are all the same on every print
