This is a tough one and I have seen it around before.

It looks odd but I do actually believe it possibly could be genuine. 1994 had so many variances in style (as can be seen on davidbowieautograph.com) but this one is similar in some traits to the one below which is definitely genuine.  Interested in Eric and Michelle's thoughts.

I've looked again and still dont like it. Its the o that puts me off.

I saw this yesterday. I am not expert but I do not feel too much confortable with "o" but it is maybe just because it is not good photo. I would ask seller for bigger one.

Like Mark, I believe I've seen this before. 

As I said, it has the right flavors with a few concerns. 

For me... It's the "o", the number 4, the large hook at the top of the "B", the proportion of the upper and lower "B" loops and the slash at the end of '94. Ive seen a horizontal slash but not a vertical slash.

I'm pretty sure I've discussed this one with Eric but don't recall the verdict, and so remain unsure. 

Which leads back to the seller.... Now we have unsure Connery and Bowie but both are very close. But both are giving the members here reasonable doubt.

I'll look at this later. Right now I am wondering if I have ever seen a date apostrophe of that size on the wrong side of the date.

Yes, from the image quality and size I was able to back track this to RR Aug 2016 $530 Pre-cert REAL.
