I hope it's appropriate to post this autograph at this time. Do you think this is real or a fake?

RIP

In 3 minutes looking, that appears to be good.

Of course it's appropriate.
People always jump on stuff when people die.
Rest in peace, John McCain.

I highly recommend "Faith of My Fathers." It's unbelievable what this man went through. Yet, he emerged stronger than ever to live a remarkable life of service.

I ran into Senator McCain twice.

First time was when he was campaigning for the 2000 GOP nomination. I worked on Wall Street at the time and he was walking down Wall Street shaking hands. This was before cell phones as we know them today, so no photo of that encounter.

The second time was after he had lost the primary to George W. Bush. It was September 25, 2000, at a book signing at the Borders World Trade Center. He graciously signed a number of books for me as well as a photo and postal covers.

R.I.P. Mr. McCain.

A true American hero.

+1

John was as tough as nails, he perhaps would have made a good president but he had the odd choice of Palin. I visited the Hanoi hilton and seen his airforce suit and where he lived , cold dark place. I read over in the jail that he was stabbed in the testicles when he was being captured.

Here is an authentic John McCain autograph that my Father got in person while the respected Senator was campaigning for President in 2008 in South Carolina.  Note the date and location of the signature on the printed card.
