Thanks Joe! I have bought and sold many, and seen a lot more. This seems to be among the nicer examples - vintage, great image in a great period for him (better if onstage w/mic of course), double weight original © print, flawless condition, great contrast (often a problem w/Bowie), normal placement. I like it! I LOVE it!

Most of the truly superb examples of Bowie's signature that are desired and admired are dedicated and inscribed. Such as the 2015 white guitar. This OP is "For Mark" - that run of well known LP's (Scary Monsters, Aladdin Sane etc) are all "For Mark" - it doesn't seem to be a problem to me anyway. It doesn't matter at all what the "collecting community" thinks - they are not paying - I am. Are these "collectors" the same folks who, by and large, respect TPG like "god" and love those damn stickers...those who can't use Google or muster the strength to spend some time learning? That is my mark? I don't think so. Kool Aid drinkers. I don't know what kind of collector I am anymore. But, I would not stop buying doubleweight © promo photos and so on instead of knock-off cheapo prints with no intrinsic value just because many or most don't understand what quality can be. It would be very foolish to set my mark by the desires of others whatever their understanding - unless I am concerned with sales/reselling, and I am not.

Whether an item is personalized or not does not play a large role in my decision making. First, is it authentic. Second, it is appealing to me. Third, it's in my budget. When I can confirm those three requirements affirmatively; it's mine.
