500 Home Run Club bat, Williams, Mantle etc w/Mantle LOA?

Hi, I would greatly appreciate opinions on this 500 Home Run Club bat.  It even comes with a letter supposedly signed by Mantle authenticating his own signature, something I've never seen before.

The Mantle signature on that letter is authentic also.
