You said "definitely mid 60's" - Harrison simply did not sign in this style until late 1980's/90's. How can this be? Did that ink even exist in the 60's? Don't let yourself be taken advantage of.

I think you should pay Roger Epperson for s quick assessment. It costs $15 I think? Once you have that (and I’m sure Roger will give it the thumbs down) you can use Rogers professional opinion to get your money back. These signatures are not genuine and if you can get your money back I’d be pursing that option post haste.

It was an Estate Sale so likely "As Is". I don't know what his options are, when or how he paid or anything, but I wish him luck.

Hi, it doesnt matter where or who these came from, the only thing that matters is the authenticity of the item, which in this case is that they are nowhere near authentic.

Tell me about the Connecticut situation if you could please as far as being ripped off I'm locked in until Wednesday. I'm frantically reaching out for more answers on the backstory on the guitar right now. It's obvious if George signatures real it is newwer than the other ones

I did not mean to imply George's signature was authentic - just that the style used was from that period - late 80's/90's. It is fake- all of it. I would be looking at how I was going to get my money back.

Regardless of the back story, unfortunately, the signatures are forgeries. It's now an opportunity to learn what not to do when encountering a 'too good to be true' signed Beatles item

Estate sale items are usually sold 'as is' - and rarely guaranteed. Sadly, it's unlikely there's a refund option.

Hey everyone,

Here is the back and forth I have going on with the Auction House and Auctioneer.

Claims the Guitar I posted pictures of here last week is totally legit and supposedly sent me this proof. I have 3 weeks to initiate a charge back and return the guitar.

Is this an elaborate hoax, or the real deal?

I have attached the email Roberto sent me. Please do not be put off by the way he is writing. He is an artist and he gets insulted easily. He is 100% fine with a refund as he thinks i sold it for waaaaaaaay too little and he held the guitar when they signed it. There is no question as to the authenticity. I would d say take it an run, but I will do whatever you like.
