Thoughts on this Kate Bush autograph?

Hello, I recently came across an ad for this autograph. I just wanted to see if anyone has any opinions as to whether it is real or fake. The asking price is around 400. Said to have been signed a few months after the release of Hounds of Love.

IMO it is genuine. She did a large signing session at Oxford St HMV in September 1985 and this looks the same as others I have seen from that period.
