I would trust Roger’s opinion on this as much as almost anyone.  Therefore, I would say it is likely authentic. See what others think.

I am no expert on Paul but that looks slowly drawn and shaky as heck.    I know Roger is the expert but I personally wouldn't buy this with any COA.
