If you can stand listening to the commentator for over 10 minutes there is some autograph-related info in this video. Mr. Grad doesn't get much praise...

I like how the commentator makes it seem like placing the authentication sticker on for $6 was bad. LOL. He's not at the booth doing a free service for fans, I'm sure. And a full LOA probably costs much more. I don't prefer any TPAs, though. I would much rather enjoy reading a site like this.

I stopped watching Pawn Stars when the scripting became too silly. One example is, the Henry Winkler signed photo on their office wall that Rick claims his father forged many years ago yet an up close shot of the photo shows Henry's authentic signature and as he often does, he dated it with a year in the 2000s. The biggest example of scripting for this show has to be the Bob Dylan episode.

They've built a big empire for themselves and good for them but without all the scripting I don't think they show would be near as popular, or enjoyable. Also the experts need to be a called out more when they make mistakes, such as the autograph authenticator (not Grad IIRC) claimed a signed "Al" Godfather book was signed by Al Pacino when it was actually signed by the producer Al Ruddy.
