Phila Athletics Baseball Signed Letterhead, live ink?

I guess this is a letterhead with signatures. Normally when you see this many signatures on one item with a team, it's a stamp or autopen etc...

This appears to be live ink on paper and I know it's hard to tell via a photo but I'm hoping a more experienced member has knowledge of either the item or the time period or team etc...

Autos appear to have a slow appearance but look more natural in person. Also most of these had such nice handwriting their autographs look very similar as if one person did them but it's just the way each guy happened to sign. So it's their "real autographs" just hoping it's live ink! This is the best pic I can get, camera flash whitens appearance.

I think it's the 1954 As (last year in Philadelphia), but I don't think they are real autographs.

I looks to me like they put team letterhead through a mimeograph machine to copy a signed sheet ... possibly as a program insert.  If they were ball point, you should easily see the impressions on the back side.

Thank you Drew, I think that is probably what it is a mimeograph.
