Musicians Who Sell Their Signatures In Shop.

We now have a Musician-Direct Autograph Sales Forum where you can post individual discussions of new offerings. It's a big change—and a big improvement. We closed this discussion after 8 years but it will always be available to read.

The new system has been in place for 2 months now and it's working well.

You can follow the forum and be notified of new signings exclusively! And you can enter a musician's name in the forum's search box and find any discussions about them.

Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

I sent them an email with photos and told them I wanted a refund before I posted about it. I expect it shouldn't be an issue..I just wanted to report what my experience was in case others ordered as well. Thanks

My Ice Cube poster also showed up unsigned. They apologized and said they will send another one. Hopefully the new one is signed.

Ehhhh.. they told me a few days ago that there was only limited signed ones and no system in place to stop selling them when they ran out. They emailed me a shipping label and processed the return today

Yeah I have a feeling that they didn’t even read my message and just blindly shipped another unsigned poster. Brutal. I guess if it shows up unsigned I’ll insist on a refund.

Got this message two days ago after sending an email that the posters sent last week weren't signed....will let you know if signed or not...

The first poster I received wasn't signed . I emailed them and they sent a replacement which came about a week later that was signed.

As I thought might happen with her appearance yesterday, Banquet did have Sigrid sign some copies of her vinyl. Right now it shows 0, but I'd keep checking/refreshing - they seem to still be putting them up (it was briefly at zero before a small quantity was put back up just a few minutes ago).
