Musicians Who Sell Their Signatures In Shop.

We now have a Musician-Direct Autograph Sales Forum where you can post individual discussions of new offerings. It's a big change—and a big improvement. We closed this discussion after 8 years but it will always be available to read.

Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

If anyone wants a laugh for a Monday here you go.

Contacted stings online store about photo arriving creased and they offered to send me another one! Interesting as it's supposed to be sold out.

This one though arrived in even worse condition!!?

When will these people learn to put in hardback envelope and write do not bend

My Sting LP / Signed / Smudged (By Who?) Print arrived damaged,they replied to my e mail after 4 days asking for photos, so i have just e mailed photos and await their 2nd reply..........

i contacted them saying i got their signed photo and compared to the signed newbury cd I also got, they look totally different..this was their response...

I cant help but be suspicious also. The cds are all signed one way and the pictures I have seen look signed differently. The Sting Litho I bought from Ebay is more like the cd sig. The COA it comes with is on a flimsy peice of paper and seems like a copy. Really makes you wonder.

I wouldn't trust those lithos, something is off, especially if they have an infinite supply.

Stung by sting! After the Police fake sigs he sold years ago it was a no brainer to stay clear of sting.

I would trust Newbury's supply, but these lithos are not right.

i am just gonna call the credit card company i used and explain it all..i usually always get reimbursed in full..i have full proof and comparison photos to prove it isnt right..I just will have a free fake sting signed litho now! they have zero proof it is legit..

I had to do that on two jersey's I got in an auction. Fake jersey's and bad ones at that. Sigs were good though. Got them as gift's for my kid/grandkid now can't do anything with them. Credit card company went into arbitration and I didn't have to pay for them.
