Here's The Legends Group website. Besides PSA and JSA, they proudly list Christopher Morales, ACE, Ted Taylor and Global as their authenticators. If they actually have any rare pieces with PSA or JSA I'd be surprised.

I am the owner of the guitar listed on eBay. I’ve had a few aggressive, unsolicited and unprofessional messages from one of your group members, so it has prompted a response. John William (for some reason I picture the comic book guy from the Simpsons, only with thicker milk bottle glasses and some egg yolk down his shirt), seems to be going out of his way discredit my listing. If you look at his online patterns he seems to maintain consistency with this throwing negativity around and continuously harassing people; probably why his eBay was closed down and he has started a new account. Not sure what he is trying to achieve or what his agenda is. I guess he’s bored and has nothing better to do than be a keyboard warrior. John, no offence “BRO”, as you keep addressing me, but you seem like a bored amateur with no credibility; what qualifies you to be such an expert? Please conduct yourself in a more professional manner; sending abusive, negative and childish responses will only prompt the same in return. Yes I have responded with some childish comments back to you, but I’m over it. Please grow up. I wish you the very best luck and I’m sure either Karama or Darwinism will catch up wit you sooner or later.
Anyway, for everyone else with legit comments, I will address them as best as I can.
Did the event actually take place, or am I making this up?
Guitar was purchased at the live charity auction at the “2017 Rolling Stone Live Party Super Bowl” benefiting TJ Martell Foundation and Musicians On Call on February 4th, 2017 in Houston Tx. A quick google search (look at the Houstonian website) will verify this event took place. John claims the event didn’t happen; clearly it did. I also have pictures which are time, date and location stamped on my Apple iPhone at the event.

Fair comment. I had the company design the case to maintain consistency with the rest of my guitars. At auction, the guitar was free standing. They added the casing as a courtesy at my request. Not everyone’s taste, but this is what I asked for at the time.
Guitar was made after the Kurt died.
The guitar #D100B which was in production from 1978 until 2010. So era appears to be correct. The Kurt signature is on the scratch guard, so it is possible the scratch guard with the signature was added at a later date; but there is no way to know of course. The other two signature are on the body of the guitar.
The Legends Group
I have, following this thread, contacted the Legends Group. They have four offices; DALLAS, LOS ANGELAS, LAS VEGAS and SAN DIEGO. They stand by the authenticity of the guitar and guarantee it or my money back. The president of the company is Mike Ibe, cell phone 214.693.177. I have done some research on the company and they look solid; there insurances are solid, and company is in good standing I have also contacted the marketing department of the Rolling Stone Magazine who also further confirm that they have a contract in place (master service agreement and verified supplier) with TLG as their Auction Strategists and payment processors for Charity Events.
Documents
I have three docs in hand. 1. Receipt for $22K, which I apid, 2. Tax Document, and 3. COA.
I have been warned not send copies of the COA around as Fraudsters like to duplicate them and add to them to replica products. I am assuming this is why John is rattled as I won’t send him this.

With all due respect, the sigs simply dont look real.
You have multiple advanced collector’s here telling you this.
Heck, I dont even study Nirvana, but even I can tell that that is NOT Cobain’s signature.
Its great that whomever you bought it from is willing to give you a refund.
I suggest you begin that process yesterday.

So I collect a lot of stuff. Does that make me an advanced collector? What’s the qualification for being an advanced collector? I’m sorry, but it’s these sweeping comments that hamper the credibility of experts.

Andy, the guys commenting here are here day in and day out talking autographs. If you spent any time here, you would know that these guys have done their homework and know what theyre talking about.
Do I count myself among them? No. Im no slouch with vintage MJ and a few others, but even as a casual observer, I know that the signature on your guitar isnt authentic Cobain.
But dont take it from me, take from the guys who have already told you this - theyre chiming in because they know Nirvana sigs!!
The truth hurts, but denying it doesnt make those sigs real. The only way out is to get your money back. Reselling it makes you complicit in the fraud - not a good look.

Andy I have no doubt you "won" this guitar at a charity auction -- but watch this expose on "Inside Edition" where they expose one of the fraudulent companies that supply legitimate charities with fake memorabilia. They make money as they charge a large fee for each item with the charity getting the rest and usually the buyer is duped thinking he is buying the item from a good source. Usually the COA is provided by the company that donates the item. Don't be angry at all the AML members -- be angry at the company that forged the signatures. (As Kurt only signed a few guitars before he died and this isn't one of them). Ask Rolling Stone what company provided them with the guitar. Link here:

Im not angry, but some of these amateur comments from armchair specialists is a little annoying. I’m open to dialogue, but wishy washy claims of being an “advanced collector” hinting at being an expert is kinda embarrassing.
Ive heard nothing creditable this far. This is the first time someone has pointed to a legitimate source.

Andy unfortunately there are only three types of eBay sellers....good, bad and naive. I make no claim as to which you are. I apologize if you took offense to all my inquisitions. I was simply trying to prevent a common forgery from falling Into the hands of an inexperience collector. Yes this forum has a “is this eBay seller ok” section and I do use it to call out common forgers. I however did NOT do that in your case since this thread was started already by an experienced nirvana collector. You would be surprised by the attacks we get with a simple inquiry, so these conversations are never easy. Luckily you have experienced people here willing to give you good advice. I hope you take it. Again, my apologies if I offended you.

If u can truly get ur money back get it. It will be basically I'mpossibly to sell it through any real major auction house . I've supplied guitars to various charities for auctions and was the owner of the largest inperson signed guitar collection at one time with around 4000 or more. Ps yes I know about nirvana. Also for as little as 10 $ u can get quick opinions from top authentication companies .my bet is they wont even try or just say total fake.
