I got him once about 10 years ago, and he couldn't have been nicer. Well, he was kind of quiet, but...this couple had driven five hours from Phoenix and were shy. I called Corgan over and told him the story, and he took photos and signed for them. It's a shame he's changed.

I tried him entering for soundchecks at Radio City in 1998 or so and he insulted me, my age...(I'm younger)...all were just not nice.

I got this because I saw him/them a lot in '96-'98. Click for full image:

Original promotional Virgin gelatin silver photographic print © Linda Johnson, measuring 8" x 10", of the Smashing Pumpkins, circa 1993, signed and dated boldly "Billy 1996" by Billy Corgan in blue fiber tip. STRONG image, copyrighted, label promo, true quality satin sheen finish, 1st generation from the negative.

I always found him to be a** hole from day one I got hime just his album was breaking and the whole band was nasty.

Well at least he's taking the time with the fans I'm not sure why he doesn't sign .

because even before they became big they were convinced everyone is selling so they were just plan nasty. so people stopped caring

Billy's signed albums sell out quickly when he signs them through his store.

I remember being front and center at the Spectrum,  here in Philly in '96, during the Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness tour. I remember Rage Against the Machine opening up for them. I didn't get an autograph but Corgan came down to the edge of the stage and shook my hand, along with a bunch of other fans. I also saw them a couple of years later, at the Tower theater. They were doing a small charity tour for the album Adore. By The stroke of luck, I was just walking into the lobby when Billy and I crossed paths and I said, Hey, Billy,  and he said, hey, how  are you? as he was walking by. We never want to believe that our heroes and the people we look up to are nasty.

I met Billy and the rest of the band backstage at Download Festival this past Sunday. I was there with Godsmack. Still very odd.

Friends of mine filmed Billy ouyside Glasgow, St Luke's saying I wont sign but he was happy talking away with the fans outside.

You know he wears a Cape right!

The world is a vampire.

I've met Billy three times. He never signs but he is very approachable and he really enjoys chatting with his fans. He can be a little odd at times, but i've never seen him be mean, nasty, or disrespectful to anyone.
