Check out this forged Mickey Mantle/Joe DiMaggio baseball sold by Ebay seller Gymman89 for $300.00.
The "Buy It Now" was $600.00 but the seller accepted the "Best Offer" of $300.00.
What a waste of $300.00!!!
Ebay seller 19bronco19 writes "It’s your decision if you want to get a PSA Quick Opinion or JSA or Beckett. My world does not revolve around their decision. I know where the hell I got this ball. If you live and die with those 3 Authenticators so be it."
Funny.
This is a prime example of why selling forgeries on Ebay is actually easier than selling authentic autographs; with Ebay so heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers, it's no surprise that Ebay makes a mint from the sales of forgeries.
