Alan Rickman - real or fake?

Hi! Would appreciate your help on these Alan Rickman autographs. Do you think they’re good or bad?

And I’m having difficulties figuring out what a fair price would be for these. When searching I can only find VERY expensive ones or cheap fake ones! So I would also be thankful for any suggestions regarding approx fair prices for the cut and/or the photo.
