You have a good memory for patterns Adam!

Yep, not looking to good here imo.

Oh my. Adam. Thanks. You are correct indeed. Look at this. Thank you

John, sorry to say I believe you have a copy. The use of paint pen in this context in not surprising.

Yup unbelievable. Look at a this. Is this typical for “charity events”?

Yes. Common.

I love this forum.  Grateful too.  Family member was duped at the below event and seems consistent with the following thread.  Thank you Adam, Eric and Steve.  Now time to break the bad news.  $1,600 was paid for this :(

You are welcome John. Glad to be able to help.

Great catch, Adam! An autograph from 1965 was used on a single from the '80's. That's a new one.

Please...print the name of the charity and show us the COA, so other companies don't use people that have fakes.

And, tell your family member, to get their money back from the charity. It's on THAT CHARITY, to provide a refund if fake.

Jewell Ball in La Jolla, CA.  Hosted by Las Patronas.  "COA" through RM Autographs, I'm told.  I will update on the attempts to get a refund.

Sounds like Anthony Nurse of Charity Fundraising that supplies unsuspecting charity with forgeries.  RM Real is his "authenticator" that rubber stamps the fakes. Been discussed on this site many times including this thread:
