Signed Ozzy Lithos E-mail...Anybody else get this?

did anybody else get that ozzy signed litho email just now?

this is what it said:

"Thank you for preordering the Deluxe Vinyl of “Ordinary Man”! Your order is about to ship and you will receive tracking information soon.

Please note, your free Limited Edition Ordinary Man album lithograph may arrive in less than mint condition. It has traveled the long road from being hand-signed by Ozzy, meeting up with your vinyl, all the way to your door.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued support."

I responded right back to them and said..if this doesn't get to me in new/mint condition, it is going back and you are sending one that arrives to me in new/mint condition or i contest with my CC...I bought new items..not damaged items...they are trying to cover their own a**** over something they are not telling us about, imho..

I have gotten several signed lithos and NEVER have I gotten a BS email like this, EVER..NOBODY DOES THAT!

Yes looks like the lithos were hand signed, the CD booklets were autopenned.

The CDs from the UK ARE NOT auto penned. People have to understand that their are legit CDs

Those appear to be authentic. Now I am even more upset than I was previously. Why would Ozzy only sign authentic autographs for his British fans? Regardless of his accent, he lives in Los Angeles. I will wait to see what arrives next week, and keep you all posted.

Because they're a different source.

I have said this MANY TIMES. The lithos, the UK CD's came from Ozzy's direct site. These new American CD's came from Ozzy site ran by Music Today.. So clearly Music Today has different standards than the other Ozzy site.

I may be in the minority here, but I was planning on purchasing this CD for my truck anyway. I have no intention of returning it. I have been listening to the album digitally since the evening of its release. It is incredible. That being said, I will continue to call them out on their fraudulent practices for many days ahead. This should be illegal. And for what it is worth, as much as I love Ozzy, a Randy Rhoads autograph is the true Holy Grail.

huge ozzy fan here..saw him in 92 in cleveland ohio at a small theater(music hall)..2nd row..was drenched by his bucket of water! This album is great! after seeing him in such small venue, i opted to not go to any ozzfest because of abbreviated sets as well
