Alfred Hitchcock signed book page, Real?

what are your opinions on this Alfred Hitchcock signed book page? does it look good? thanks for any opinions

I do have a couple of reservations about this one. Perhaps I'm over thinking this one although virtually every dedicated signature by Hitchcock included the word "from" by him. Things look a bit off to me. Is the provenance good?
