Hello,

Wanted to see what you guys thought regarding the authenticity of these autographs.

First up is the 'Space Man' poster that I'm sure a few of you have seen.  I purchased mine from the now defunct 'Insound' website back in 2018. Here's a photo of the one I have:

Next is a signed CD by Ray & Michael McClure.  Got this when Ray's Facebook had them for sale maybe a year or two before his passing:

Finally, this was obtained via fan mail by sending the photo to the Doors Music Co around 2011/12.  I was actually a little surprised that John signed it, since I though he had quit via the mail at that point.

Anyway, just wanted to see what you guys thought.  Pretty sure #1 & 2 are good, but wanted to double check.  Not so sure about #3.

Thanks!

All are good to me. #3 is authentic by John and Robby.

They all look good to me too.

Thank you for your replies!  That 'Space Man' poster was a especially good deal.  I think I paid $95 shipped, and am very glad to have it.  I intend on having it professionally framed one day, but was shocked when I got a few estiments ($3/$400 range).

Thanks again!

I purchased a couple of the "Space Man" posters from them as well. It was indeed a great deal. They're really nice.

The first one is on a litho of the Family Dog D-18 poster from Denver.

It is beautiful, and I believe worth what I paid just for the lithograph itself. Never mind that it is also autographed by 3/4ths of the Doors!

I suppose that is why I had just a small bit of doubt regarding the authenticity of the autographs.  Why would such a nice piece be available at such a low price?  Does anyone happen to know more info about it, for example when the signing took place?

Anyway, very happy that the autographs are indeed authentic.  The Doors are one of my top 3 favorite bands, so it is very satisfying to own such a nice item.

Nice autographs. All are authentic (they're my favorite band, and I've got hundreds of things signed by them). The promo picture you show, signed by the two...is my favorite photo of the band (ray with the shades, and Jim looking cool).
