I have purchased this autograph of Walt Disney and I have paid Phil Sears for his input However....I need to pay for it and he has not got back to me yet !

What do people think ?

Phil has just contacted me to say signature and inscription are correct.

Here is a good one for you guys. I sent this Walt Disney signature to Phil Sears and this is what he said...

Hello Martin:
I have reviewed the image you provided of the Walt Disney signature The signature is indeed consistent with Walt Disney's autograph circa 1950s/1960s. The writing (“To Horst”) is also consistent with Walt Disney’s hand. I don't see any problems in the image.

Well......I sold the signature on Ebay and the buyer went to PSA to get it checked and I have enclosed a photo of there reply. If its real, that just shows how good they really are !

Don't put any faith in a Quick Opinion rendered in a moment by who knows who. Highly overrated and often wrong.

Phil is definitely the best and I have complete trust in him....In fact I sent him another signed photo of Walt that I was interested in and this is what he wrote back....

Hello Martin:

I have reviewed the image you provided of the "Walt Disney" signature on the color fan card. Unfortunately it is signed by Disney publicity artist Bob Moore, not by Walt Disney personally. This was common practice at the Disney Studio.

This is how good he is.

I'd like to see that come from a quick opinion or even full exam! He is indeed very good. It is like knowing Gleason's secretaries by name and date. PSA does not.
