Here's a new twist to the story...I received a reply that said the autographed booklet was sent separately...

I'm sorry to hear that.

These were sent out separately in Mid August.

Due to delivery delays some international orders are taking up to 12 weeks to arrive.

It does seem odd they’d send two packages internationally about a week apart. I guess I’ll hold off on making a Paypal claim for now. Thanks for the information.

Received my damaged Luke Bryan cd today without the signed booklet like everyone else...just emailed them...cant wait to see what kinda response I receive...smdh. Totally ridiculous

I emailed them yesterday regarding the damage and asked specifically what date the booklets where mailed..they answered me saying they needed to check with their warehouse...if they were in fact mailed and several people are complaining how do you not know the date...smh. Please update here if you receive it..ty

This was a total scam...get your money back!! Received this a couple of minutes ago..

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this for you.

Unfortunately we have some bad news regarding the Luke Bryan signed CD offer.

We've just been informed by the supplier that the mailing services in Nashville have now been closed and everyone is home-bound, so getting the slicks to Luke to sign isn’t going to be possible.
