Can I ask please did folk just get emails to say you had ordered a signed one or did you email to ask ? I ordered a few weeks ago when they released another batch and I know there was signed ones avaliable when I ordered im nervous I don't get one shipped ro the uk tho

Guess I saw this thread at least a couple weeks if not more, too late. Was hoping his book might show at Barnes & Noble Black Friday but doesn't seem like it. Guess I'll consider myself fortunate to meet him once when speaking at SMU, 4 of us waiting off a little distant, we saw him and the usually tough folks that run these gigs at the college, think at least one of us called his name, he actually came to us by himself, and shockingly said I'll sign 2 each! Wow, like I was thinking like most folks on a schedule it'd be one each. Didn't get time for any pics but what a nice guy! I think I still have a couple of his older books that were signed that I've happened upon at Half Price Books stores way back, often forget those since boxed away. Congrats to those that end up getting a book thru this worthwhile event.
