2 per order, U.S. shipping only

I thought I'd open a new thread, since so far there have only been ones started with speculation about signed albums. No one finds the actual links buried in the comments, I guess.

There are other Universal stores that offer signed variants as well. They're out of stock at the moment, though.

Just received today from the US store

Frank,

Is this an artcard, or is it a booklet? The edges are cropped, so I don't know what I'm looking at.

Sorry. It is an artcard.

Ah, gotcha. Thanks for posting! Now we know that all countries are getting the same thing.

I think my order confirmation from the US store said CD Booklet, so it's a little annoying that they changed it again this year. Oh well. Last year, for the Rare release, they sent album art lithographs/flats instead of the vinyl jackets.

The international stores must not have put limits on purchases like the US one. There's a guy in the UK who has 11 listed. I think the US store said they'd cancel repeat orders.

I've never tried it, didn't want to test my luck, but I've heard of resellers with other things like sneakers just using a different email, and a different spelling of their street, like Main St., Main Street, Main Streeet. Things like that and its enough to fool the computers into thinking its a different address... But will still be delivered to them... But take that with a grain of salt if you ever try it. I haven't tested it out myself.

I did a bit of research on it, there was a pair of sneakers I wanted I knew would sell out instantly and be resold for probably triple the price, so I was trying to figure out how I would have the best chance of getting some... So that was when I read that.

Apparently you can get a single email address then somehow get dozens more that will forward any email to the original address... So it said they'd have like 100 email addresses and the shipping address written a bit different on each one. Then if any were able to buy they would all send the confirmations to one email So it would be easier to keep track of... But they also use expensive bots and vpns and all this crazy stuff to order. Not sure if people have gone that far with autographs yet, but wouldn't surprise me. Thats how people bought out all the PS5s too. It's crazy how much they do just to get stuff to resell... But those are probably way more profitable then reselling most autographs, unless you can rack them up in person for free.

To me its not really worth the trouble to try to resell something on eBay and have to deal with buying packaging supplies and driving it to the post office and all that stuff to make like $15 profit. I guess if you don't mind packaging a ton of stuff it would add up, and some are worth a good amount more... Occasionally I'll sell just to make some money back or to get rid of the parts of the package deal I don't want... Sometimes that works out well if its a special edition vinyl since I don't collect vinyl, just the signed prints... But for the most part I don't sell much.

It doesn't seem like it'd be that difficult to correct this on the back end so that it can still weed out duplicates, especially because a lot of systems use address corrections pulled from the USPS (for domestic shipments).

Regardless, limiting it to two copies like this seems plenty reasonable. Too many people pulling this crap in order to circumvent the caps seems like it'll just end up making future releases more limited/restricted, but I sure the folks on here who buy to flip feel very differently about it.

I'm just glad the labels haven't started implementing a raffle/queue system like Nike does for some drops - I never ended up getting the shoes I wanted through those.

damm i keep missing this!

I have her last release (Rare) cd/cass w/signed art card bundle I will sell at cost (32.22) plus shipping and insurance to anyone in the US interested. Send me a PM if you want.

For those that received this from the US Store, is the artcard inside of the sealed cd (like the Nick Jonas one), or is it separate. Also, is there a packing slip/invoice in the package?

Mine was delivered today, but one side was torn open and only the two CDs were inside. Charging $10, only to ship them in a cheap bubble mailer via the cheapest/slowest method possible is annoying.

Mine was separate in envelope.  There was no packing slip in my envelope.
