So the "signed" artcard that came with the CD is actually a large flat and not just a little insert? That's unusual. I know she posted videos of her signing those a while back on her instagram, but I assumed they'd just be for the vinyl, and there'd be smaller ones to go with the CDs.

Also, were the framed pieces shipped in the white boxes/mailers that were in the signing video (the ones with the white egg-crate style foam inside)?

Do you remember if you paid more for the tracked shipping, or did you choose the untracked method to the US?

I cheaped out and chose the untracked method for some reason, and now I'm regretting that because I have no idea where mine is or when to expect it.

Yup, you were 100% right. My FedEx guy just handed it to me a little bit ago. The box got mushed on one corner which had me worried, but thankfully everything inside was fine. Like you and Pete said, the framed piece was packaged well enough to survive the journey.

I originally complained about the shipping price, but for only ~$17USD, Warner was able to get it from the UK to the US in just a few days. UMG often charges too much and then sends it poorly packaged, and via the cheapest, slowest domestic method possible (Mail Innovation, Smart Post, etc.), so now £12.00 seems super reasonable for this.

I also got my cd today no signed card my brits piece still not posted and I was one the first to order I posted on the forum lol

Lot of people bringing this up on Twitter. Something clearly went wrong with Warner. Bad QC is hardly a rarity among labels and artist merch vendors.

I saw a couple people on Twitter actually got signed ones, but you're right, most seem to have ended up with unsigned ones. Like everyone else here, mine ended up being unsigned as well. Now to endure the 5 day wait for a response from Warner Customer Service.

Weirdly, there's also at least one person who didn't read things clearly when ordering and is complaining that her artcard/poster was signed but the actual CD or Vinyl wasn't.
