WHO'S ON FIRST? - Signed Record Albums

I'm curious if members can give some thoughts on a few Abbott and Costello signed WHO'S ON FIRST souvenir record albums from 1956... when the routine was enshrined at Cooperstown.

These three came from different collections. The first one is the one I have.

The Lou Costello on all three I believe is solid. The Bud Abbott is a bit varied on these three from what I am used to seeing. Particularly how he usually joined his first name with his last name with a looping line... although I've seen him not do that also. The vintage ink on all three is consistent in the pairings.

Can the Bud variance just be chalked up to rushed in person signings ...probably at the event? I had also thought that maybe Lou is signing for both which might explain the look....just not sure.

They appear to be by same hand, but I'm far from an expert of them, but just an opinion from observation.

Hi Todd - I think you are right that they are from the same hand. I'm convinced it's not Bud's signature. It looks like Lou signed for him.

The single golden record was presented on the Steve Allen show during "A Salute to Baseball" on October 7tht, 1956. The duo did not go to Cooperstown from what I can find.
