So people are getting their orders today in the U.K. and loads don’t have the signed art cart included.

i have had 4 different orders arrive and none have the signed  art cart enclosed. Then checking social media loads are reporting the same issue.

I received a  refund from the Ed Sheeran store today for a signed cd single that never arrived.They provided a tracking number which the courier never received let alone me.That's my only purchase so far from Ed.

I have an extra signed cd from Ed purchased directly from U.S. Store. However it is the 'Shivers' cd single only- if anybody is interested, PM me. I am in the USA, not sure about shipping cost to the UK. Thanks.

Mine was missing too - even though the email said it had shipped with it.

They also failed to deliver the single with the signed art card.

I've been waiting over a month for a refund for a signed single they never shipped. I also still have an open order for signed Shivers even though they claim these are all sold out, but they don't close the order and refund me.

Mine has just arrived without the signed art card too. I notice that the receipt document with it makes no mention of the signed card either - I imagine this is the same for everyone else? I definitely purchased one. 

I presume the art card isn’t sealed within the CD packaging, has anyone opened to check?

Unfortunately nothing on the exterior. I’m not too keen to open the shrink wrap in case I have to return, has anyone tried?

So after posting on Oct 29 that I received a refund , a surprise parcel was delivered today with a signed Shivers Cd single in it.
