I tend to yes. But let's see what others say.

I would like to see a more pronounced "r" in Groucho but the "To" and "from" are typical.

Etienne, I think your op is real. His o's look like a's, f's look good, "m" in from looks good etc. I agree with Joe W. on the "r's", I think with age they softened. I do not own my exemplar but it is genuine. Thyra was a hostess at Will Wright's Ice Cream in LA, she kept a guest book. One time I was at a show in LA, Thyra's collection was being sold by the page and I bought a lot of out of it including my second exemplar. I use my second image to prove my first image which give validity to the op.

Forgot my second image….

Thanks folks!  The "r" irregularity is also what I focused upon as well when looking at this.

Here's a giveaway publicity photo for the record album AN EVENING WITH GROUCHO from 1972.  The more pronounced "r" is here (and this is older age).....

Groucho was very consistent with his "r" in his first name.  The photo above also has the older, somewhat shakier signature of an elderly signer. That one authentic for sure.

Another elderly Groucho....this an inscription to his last book along with his co-author. This one is kind of sad because it's earlier in the year that Groucho would pass away (in the coming August).

Great detective work, Etienne! The more I see the more doubtful the OP is becoming. IMHO.

I agree with you, Joe.  I especially like the "Stephen"  inscriptions... English version of "Etienne"!
