Target is now sold out as well. Oddly Penguin/Random House removed the page that showed retailers from their website overnight. But Wal Mart was on there and they still haven't listed it on their site. So anyone still looking should keep an eye out on there.

$750!? They charge $250 to add their COA to the book?
Discounts work, but even with a 20% discount you still pay $100 over retail.

They had some issues awhile back, but have gotten a lot better this year. I haven’t had any complaints except maybe the quality of the autograph, but that’s on the signer- not them.

Idiots. I got an extra A Promised Land signed edition and let it go for $700… and that was just Obama’s signature. This one also has Springsteen’s. Not too bright, these quick flippers.

Seems as if BAM just cancelled my PayPal payment. On their website, they still display my order as pending, though.

BAM does a pre-auth, they don't claim the money until release, so that's normal.
However I have had them cancel an order in my account because of a supposed Paypal issue. They never made it clear what the issue was (other orders went through fine) and once cancelled there's nothing to do about it.
