Sadly this is becoming all too common with these so called big stars - taking your money and making you wait months or sometimes  years for signed items!

Hell bent on getting to number one and saying sod  the fans i'll sign them if  or when i feel like it !

To be honest i'm not even that confident we will get any!

I hope that’s not the case I don’t have a problem with waiting but give us a date at least so we know when to at least expect it but going weeks months with nothing is taking the p””s

at least all the other artists give us a date this one nothing

don’t think I’ll be rushing to buy her next release her store can do one

Well if anyone's seriously considering cancelling their pre-order, please DM me, because I missed these and would take it off your hands. However I'd be very surprised if anyone actually does cancel/return them.

Same here, after M gets it first. I’m actually even considering trading a signed Coldplay for a signed Billie, for anyone interested.

Just a quick FYI to all the other UK-based collectors who are waiting on Billie Eilish signed artcards (like myself), it looks as though we may have a decent wait still to come. I emailed them this afternoon and received the standard message (copied below), but I did notice that it varied slightly from their response to me regarding delayed Lovato art cards, which added "we have been advised this should be with us very soon now" - something which did not feature in the message about Billie. As a few others have said, I'm confident that we'll get these eventually, but it looks like it might take a while and these lengthy, undefined waits + time wasted contacting customer service teams really does suck!

Dear Customer -

Thank you for your email.

I am very sorry for the delay with the signed artcards.  We are chasing the US on these and I am afraid we do not have any concrete information currently on when we are expecting these to arrive.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Many thanks,

Jon

Customer Services

They are taking the Micheal out of us really are they should of already been done for us to have within a decent time frame I feel like we never going to get them and waisted money on a vinyl and crap cassettes I don’t want I only bought them for the signed card

I’m hoping it’s soon really am :(

Just got my money back through PP, CBA having £50 tied up in stupid cassettes, that will never get used!!

You can probably sell them on Ebay for what you paid or more.

Difficult with the new eBay fees

Looks like someone did alright last week - selling the set for $85.

Regardless, it's still Billie Eilish merch. Her stuff is easy to sell if you don't want it.

More and more companies are selling stuff they don't have.

With the exception of Elton and Vinyls I will buy anyway (like Stereophonics/Supergrass/Franz Ferdinand), I no longer want to buy signed print/postcard or whatever postcard it was for Supergrass.

I think in this signed cards, I was only happy with :
- Suzanne Vega (signed setlist)
- Semisonic (very nice autographs on a real postcard)
- Franz Ferdinand - Always Ascending signed (same as Semisonic, quality postcard and autographs)
- Crowded House signed Poster, which was signed in Gold

So I was avoiding many new signed... Johnny Marr/Soft Cell and some more.

Probably wont get mine because I cancelled but:

Thank you for your reply.

I can confirm that the art cards have arrived and these are due to ship shortly, I will keep an eye out for any further information and can send you an email personally to let you know when these have been shipped.
