Hi Steve. Personally I don't think a limit would change anything. And it is kind of funny that a guy named Full Time Flipper would ask. Even if you have a smaller limit the flippers always get around that. They just start multiple accounts. We see it all the time, where for example a person will have 10 or 15 Taylor Swift's for sale on eBay. Even when there is a limit of one there are people on here who post pictures of the 3 or 4 they got. So it doesn't really stop anything having them. And it is only certain artists that sell out super fast, maybe 1 out of 20? And although I have never sold anything I like the option of buying multiples from time to time to keep for trading purposes and sometimes gifts. There are more than I can count that I have missed but all you can do is shrug it off. As stated in other posts here the only change I personally would like to see is that we know what we are getting ahead of time. These art cards are kind of a newer thing the record companies switched to over the last couple of years to save a couple of cents. And UMG is a prime example of selling signed CD's and pulling a switch when they actually mail them out to you. This was kind of a first for you guys that I know of. And as I said somewhere else I don't hold TSL responsible because you are just the platform for products and only go by what you are told. But it can be a bummer to expect one thing and then get another.

Appreciate your points, damageinc 777, It is the first time for us with the art cards. I will say UMG has been very supportive of what we do.

Hi Full Time,. We actually had a cap of 4 units We could have publicized better (again, we're learning) however, some found workarounds to order more. We attempted to go back and enforce the caps and impose a lower cap on the balance of signed CDs we had. To be honest it was costly to do this based on charges we incurred from the credit card company but it was the right to do. Opened up more CDs for fans and collectors.

Thanks for all the info, yeah it's not what was said but I'm still delighted with mine (currently en route to Ireland)

Question for you, Why is this U. S only? We have a service called addresspal (our national post services gizmo) where we send to their address in US and costs €15.99 to forward, be so much cheaper if you'd chip internationally

Hi Darren, we are working on international service in 2022. There are times we cannot ship due to territorial restrictions with the artists and labels although most would like to see it as an option. I see us doing so soon for the UK, Canada and a select few European countries. This is still a work in progress for us.

Just wanna thank you for putting on the shows on the rock and roll channel and for selling such great merch. The interviews you do are great. I enjoy hearing you talk with the artists because you know your stuff and are clearly a fan of these people. Great stuff and an invaluable tool to the collecting community! It's a pleasure to see you on here!

I really appreciate that, Michael. Means a lot and let me know when you are on next time we have a show thru the chat function. Makes my day to hear that! Rock on!

Anyone complaining about this one is crazy. You are getting Rock legends for $20ish bucks. This was a great one!

That's where I'm at. I had Gene's already but to have him and Paul on a little card for the Destroyer album is just awesome. When it only costs you $25, that makes it even better!

Hearing you were able to add Gene and Paul together for your collection makes our efforts all worthwhile. Thanks Michael!

Fully agree with you. We should be grateful to Gene & Paul to "waste" time signing those tiny inserts (it's not like they needed money...) and to the Rock and Roll channel to make this happen. As said by Danny, 25 bucks to get 2 autographs by living legends of rock'n'roll (is Kiss rock'n'roll?), you have no right to complain ! Even on toilet paper, I would have been happy (uh, that's an idea for future autographs, that would be fun!).

On the other side, if we can have signed LP in the future, I will not complain either  :)

Thank you, Herve! I too am thankful for the artists, management and labels for supporting this. Yes, they sell more product but no one on that side is making more per CD for the time and effort to sign these. They love the fact they are connecting with fans and their body of work, the music matters greatly to them. Let's not forget that!

I am going to go out on a limb and say, it is unlikely we'll be offering signed toilet paper in the foreseeable future. But I never say never for the right opportunity!
