Surprise, surprise, BookDepository cancelled my order again.

At least I got one from US so I can't really complain, but this would have been so much cheaper in EU!

My last hope is Amazon Canada - order doesn't have a date for delivery yet so still a chance I won't end up with this book.

Too bad I cancelled my BAM order thinking Book Dep would pull through. Rookie error.

I had a similar experience with a local store. I placed my order long ago. I stupidly enquired about the release date and they ended up cancelling my order "because they didn't have them in stock". I didn't even pay anything yet, so it's a totally useless gesture. When I told them it was a pre-order which hasn't even been released yet, they were like "We cannot restore cancelled orders. You can place a new order, but it seems to be sold out now". DUH!
