It was listed on UK Amazon so that makes sense, although i missed it everywhere!
Lets hope your Amazon / Royal Mail delivery arrives - I'm waiting for a £150 Amazon Prime next day UK order currently somewhere with Royal Mail which was supposed to be delivered last saturday

Mine was delivered in the UK from amazon.com by UPS yesterday a day earlier than they said and it only took 3 days from the usa which was a surprise as i think i only paid around $18 though there was a cheaper option at around $13 ,they seem to be using a mixture of couriers luckily it wasnt yodel ,the oversized outer box was battered but the inner proper book sized box kept in in good condition

Pleased its in the inner box. This was my concern offering international as Amazon are a bit unpredictable with packaging.I went for the cheaper option (already blew my budget by buying the book!) so expecting around a week.
Had another item come from Amazon US via Royal Mail and that took 7 days. Of course that wasn’t over Christmas though.

Amazon US tends to add any charges that are due at checkout, so always worth a look. They’ll estimate an import fee sometimes, depending on item, and will refund the difference if actual cost is lower.
Hope you manage to find one.

Barnes and Noble is having a 50% off sale of all hardcover books in-store today. Just picked up the Obama Springsteen book for $250. Head to a store ASAP if you can find one that has it in stock.

I called one by me as they still have one and was told that it wasn't part of it. Regular hardcovers only. I didn't feel like arguing but the website does says "all" hardcovers are 50% off in store

Very Dodgy and strange way to run a business!!
First not being offered for sale online and then Lying and removing them from sale when they are in stock and for sale on the shop floor!
I'm done with these clowns Barnes and Numnuts - i mean Noble!!

I actually decided to stop by a different store that supposedly had them in stock as well. Spoke to a manager and was told they have a few copies but were told by to pull them from the shelves and they can only be sold for $500. They said some Nike book and a few others were pulled as well. Super shady and he agreed with me that the signs only said that McCartney was excluded but refused to sell me one.
