Did Woodrow Wilson's wife sign any documents for him after he had a stroke?

I read that after Woodrow Wilson had a stroke, his wife went to great lengths to sequester Wilson away from politicians and the public. She served as his intermediary.

On several occasions she took documents in to Wilson for his signature. If Wilson couldn't write or write very legibly, I've often wondered if she signed in his stead.

kind regards

That might well have happened but I am not specifically aware of it.

I do know that Edith Bolling Wilson's handwriting was very different than his.

Thank you for the response.

I know that Mrs. Wilson went to great lengths to minimize her husband's impairment for fear that he might be declared unable to hold the office of president and be removed.
