It has been cancelled for sale at Indigo and will not be available through any North American retailer at this moment.

I’d be surprised if he was okay with a signed edition at that price that contains autopen signatures. I would guess that he either intended to sign the book pages but backed out for some reason, or he doesn’t know anything about it.

We need a definitive list of known autopens, known stamps (Morrison), and known questionable authenticity. Something that isn't buried in pages and pages of conversation.
