I spent most of the day catching up on sleep and scoring Buddy Guy tickets. I was going to call the store and have a buddy run over if still available but i let it go. It just wasn't meant to be lol. Id rather spend the money on a real event anyways. Billy will be around signing autographs for a long time.. Buddy is 86 and his "farewell" tour starts after his January residency at Legends

True but I don't see that as Billy's fate. He's got a good life and admitted to using drugs in the past but never as an addiction. I'm sure he's taking care of himself now. Who knows what anyone's future holds but if I was a gambling man, id bet he will be around and remain active at least another 15 years if not 20

Really? I felt like everyone was just waiting for Kurt and Layne to OD back then. I felt like every album those bands did was going to be their last. Cornell however was a shock. Regardless I hope Billy is around a long time.
