Did they say they expect to fill any orders? I was the first one to post about this book on BAM (in the non-musician thread), so I must have a low order number for this one. I've completely written them off and grabbed my copy from a indie.
if the US edition is 250, they aren't getting 108.

My Tom Hanks says the same thing and that isn't shipping until the Spring, so I dont think gathering means anything.

They said they are still on order and are expecting to receive them but none have arrived at their warehouse yet.

Not that I'm aware of, but 2 different stores mentioned it to me when I called around to a bunch yesterday (with no luck). But it could just be rumor.
I wish they would have just put 1 tip in page per set and doubled the count of these.

At this point the only fact is the European edition is 250 copies.
Its been rumored he signed 1000 sheets (half for UK editions, and thus half for US editions.)
At this point I think 250 US editions is perhaps believable (although it seems many indie stores got 1+ copies, so maybe it isn't). If Amazon, Indigo, or BAM ship anything more than a couple copies, the edition is larger than 250.
