Edit to add, I requested to cancel as soon as I got that email and they processed the cancellation within a few hours. I think they messed up bad here so shouldn't be a hassle to cancel if you want to, that's the just the way I see it.

I sent them a email on Monday and heard nothing back and also sent them another one today requesting to cancel if the art card was not included with the order , Wait and see maybe there behind with all the emails , Very misleading as if they were out of the art cards ,they should have removed it immediately when they were gone , lets wait and see

Update. They canceled my order today. I’d have rather gotten the signed art card. Bummer

So wanting to clarify all of this since it appears the communication from the company is sporadic, differentiating and folks here are a bit worried -- and some are even cancelling orders.
As you all, I also purchased an LP. When I check my order confirmation itself, now, on the website, it says that the art card is included. I also received an order confirmation email with the order / price listing the art card as part of the order.
Is anyone doubting that either of these confirmations are, in fact, incorrect?

No. The art card was advertised when I clicked the link to buy. So I bought not knowing as you described the art card would be a separate billing item in the order confirmation. It wasn't until I came here later and saw this that I became worried I wouldn't get it. They confirmed I wouldn't get it so I cancelled the order. If you have the confirmation you're probably fine

Just adding another data point here. I ordered when the art card was listed as a separate product in the order. I did not get an email out of the blue saying the order would include the art card. But when I reached out directly, they told me my order would include it.
Bottom line: Sounds like if it's a separate product in the original order, expect a signed art card.
