Any idea who this is autographed by?

Got this at a yardsale today. The seller didn’t have any info. I bought it for WCW reasons. I purchased other autographed cars, but they were wrestlers autographs. Anybody have an idea? I’ll add a picture of a disc inferno car that I bought with it.

"Miss Elizabeth" (it says Elizabeth). I don't study her autograph - so no idea if its authentic (it does look right though from the ones I see online).
