JERRY SIEGAL Superman Creator - Could this be real? I searched and found it nearly identical to some and slightly different than some.

I found this index card about 10-12 years ago at a table in a flea mart.  Didn't think much about it all those years until just the other night when I took it out of the frame it was in and found a COA with it.  Granted it looks kind of like a homemade COA and when I sent a request to the email listed on it the email bounced back.  But when I googled the name and address on it I found this link to that person and in the list of places he had lived at thru the years one of the addresses was the address on the COA.  So could it be real....or is it all just a big hoax?

IMO, if it's not imprinted; not part of the production, and is hand signed, and not stamped, the writing and signature is consistent with Jerry Siegel's.

Of importance; Siegel passed in 1996. I haven't seen that card before (with that S logo). So if research into the production year for that card results in it being produced post 1996, then there's a problem.

But based on the signature, and the relative nominal value of solo Siegel signatures, forgeries of his signature being typically uncommon, I think you're good to go.

Actually the "S" logo is no problem as it is only a sticker that was stuck onto the card and over the years the glue on the back of the sticker has become non-sticky and the logo just fell off.  It was an add on and not part of the index card.
