Bon Jovi signed CD

Hi everyone, this is my first post - good to be onboard!!

I'm considering buying this Bon Jovi 'This House Is Not For Sale' signed CD cover. I know they sold them on their website (as part of a bundle only?) and wonder if this is from that same signing session. Real or fake?

Unfortunately by the time I was in a position to purchase someone else had bought it. If it was as a result of our discussion on here to the person I say ... “my pleasure!”

I have a couple of signed CD covers if you have any interest. Signed by Jon, Richie, David and Tico and obtained in person on tour. I have a few other signed magazine photos and a Jon bank document also!
