Cab Calloway SP C.1940 Promo Postcard Vintage Fountain Signature

A 3.5 x 5 glossy vintage postcard dedicated and signed boldly in dark blue fountain pen C. 1940 by Cab Calloway (1907-1994). This 1939 song,"The Jumpin' Jive", was featured in the 1944 film Stormy Weather and the Nicholas Brothers danced to it. I hope you like the graph.

Eric, Nice one!! I met Fayard Nicholas out in L.A. back in the day, a true gentleman. Now for an easy one, you have to get your hands on a war date duel signed Nicholas Brothers photo.

Thanks David. I really like it. There was an 8x10 Minnie but I wanted a vintage fountain sig. Also, that pose was upper chest - you really need to see his whole body the way that man moved. Also the contrast was low as well on the Minnie SP.

I also Wanted to avoid the usual "Hi-di-ho" inscription.

Some additional info: This photo was taken by James J. Kriegsmann, New York, probably mid-1934.
