Hello

How does this betty Davis autograph look?  It is on a Postcard from late 40's-early 50's..

Thank you

So glad the autograph isn’t signed “Betty” as your heading reads. This appears to be authentic in my opinion. Davis lived to an old age and a lot of her autographs exist. Worth about $75

Thank you for the reply.  Sorry, I had a senior Moment...

Yes, appears authentic. Bette's a bit tricky in vintage material from this era since I believe it was her sister that signed for her (I learned that lesson the hard way!).

Genuine.

Here my "All About Eve" still. Vintage signature.

Bette Davis as Margot Channing C. 1950 SP

Beautiful matte finish single weight 8x10 photograph by Ray Nolan of Bette Davis as Margot Channing in the 1950 classic All About Eve. She did not sign many photographs from this film. Bold vintage signature in blue fountain pen. Extremely Fine condition.

Very nice, Eric!

Thank you Nick.

I really dug that Fredric March you posted a few weeks ago too. He’s neck and neck with Spencer Tracy as the greatest American actor. Bette here is the best ever in my opinion both male and female.

Has anyone else been noticing the 1980's era Bette Davis handwritten letters that have been popping up lately on eBay and elsewhere?  Not sure where they are coming from since they are all written to different people.

Drop me a line about that March if you like.
